School is here

Alyssa went back to school this week .(her day program ). She Is going back for two days a week for now .

I struggled with the decision to send her back but her sleep is so off . Her routine is practically non existent . She needs routine and she needs sleep .

She was so happy to go back . Her sleep is resetting , and I can sense a change in her . She was able to tolerate the mask and did great !

I am grateful that she is able to go back and be engaged and stimulated .

She has been so happy all weekend .

We went for a walk and went out to dinner .

She seems so regulated .
